The first animated advertisment displayed on this
page is a moderately revised version of my original
.May 2008. entry into the :

Doritos - "You Make It, We Play It"
Television Commercial-Creation Competition.

It differs from my contemporary contest upload
(viewable further down this page) in that it benefits
from the addition of a set of sing-along surtitles
of the song lyrics.

~ Doritos - "You Make It, We Play It" Rules ~

The Doritos' "You Make It, We Play It"
requirement was that their ad' should have
a duration of precisely 29 seconds.

~ Doritos Advert - Technical Tackling ~

I cut the provided, lengthier, royalty-free music to
adhere to this strict time limit, scribbled some words,
squawked them and then had a <<GIANT fight>>
coaxing (via last-resort <screen-capture> (!) rather
than <expected .Export.>) the defiant, non-compliant,
.iClone.-crashing (not "make a splash"ing
(or a living)) saily boats 'n' the (low poly(gon) (if
not (no "Polly" (gone ?)) low polyunsaturated (?))
snackfoods - "jump through hoops".

...NOT "Sketty" Hoops or Hula Hoops, ...

...er ONE promotion at a time, eh ?

~ Doritos Advert - Ungagged Visual Gags ~

There's a really bad(/over-subtle) visual pun where
the pallet represents a palate being over-run by
its (toe-tappin') "taste bud(d)(ie)s".

The clichéd flying saucer (this one unidentified
as a literal piece of crockery (mockery ?)) brimming
with dippily dippable <<Salsa Sauce>>) pays a
flying visit because the winning entry was to be :
<<<broadcast into outer space>>>.

Anyway, as ever, EVERYTHING is
secondary to ~ THE WORDS ~
